Monday’s Post 10.12.12 – Allstate Auto Insurance Company shows their commitment to complete customer satisfaction with their program to pay customers who receive Poor Claims Service. Allstate Auto Insurance Policyholders whom feel their claims needs were not met are now eligible for a credit refund on their Auto Insurance Policy. Allstate auto insurance will reimburse any Auto Insurance Customer the equivalent of one monthly coverage payment for the car in question if they feel a claim was not properly adjusted. Allstate auto insurance using the Customer Satisfaction Promise as a way to show the competence in its Claims Department Offices nationwide. Allstate Auto Insurance Management also feels this shows their customers the way they conduct insurance business.
Allstate auto insurance claims satisfaction promise expands to entire US.
Allstate introduced the Claims Satisfaction Promise Programs with the refund guarantee in four different states in 2011. The success of the program has the car insurance carrier expanding to 36 states in January 2012. The program will be expanded to the balance of the United States this year. Allstate auto insurance agents say that the program will allow their car insurance customers take advantage of the full month payment credit after completing and providing a hard-copy of the claim complaint. It must outline the issue and be submitted within six months of the accident. Qualifications require the Claims Satisfaction Guarantee be offered in the state of residence at the time incident occurred. Allstate Auto Insurance wants to assure all their auto insurance client’s top-level customer satisfaction – not just in the claims department. If the car insurance carrier fails to provide an acceptable level of claims satisfaction, the compensation promise is one way to motivate that type of quality customer care in all sectors of the organization.
